In 2005, Erin Barrow began her design career in commercial real estate for J.Crew in Manhattan.  Her passion for design escalated as her residential career began Birmingham.  Erin’s knowledgeable reputation, within the building industry, established SWAG Design Studio, in 2009.  fulfilling a need the Birmingham area lacked, SWAG provides the real estate market an opportunity to visualize every vacant space through home staging & design services.   With an extensive background in new construction, Erin understands the demographics and the dynamics of a competitive marketplace.  In 2014, Mollie Piccirilli joined SWAG as Design Director to enhance the collaboration with clients, project managers, builders, and realtors to ensure our vision becomes their reality.  Jennifer Felton has been a huge asset to the team as Operations Director since 2021.  Our newest addition is Lizzy Dunavant who joined us in 2023 as marketing director.  we have the most group of women passionate about the building and real estate market!

They have been featured on ABC & FOX as well as written about in The Birmingham News, B-Metro Magazine, Birmingham Magazine, The Corner-Auburn, and Builder Magazine Online.  In addition, Erin has been a speaker at the 2014 & 2015 International Builder Show in Las Vegas.
